Root Makefile

Here the root makefile targets are described.

• web-interface - build the web interface (the webpage).
• html2hdr - generate a header from the built webpage.
• http-server - build the http server linux port.
• sync-atmel - sync the http-server dir contests with the atmel-studio dir contests.
